The International Intelligence and Security Forum Society is a non-profit, non-government public safety organization incorporated in the Province of British Colombia Canada. It is governed according to the Society Act of BC, its consitution and bylaws.

The Society is controlled by its members who elect the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors manage the Society through managing directors, the Forum’s senior executive full-time managers. They manage the Forum’s business and learning operations within their assigned areas of responsibility, and the Society as a whole through the Executive Committee.
