The International Intelligence and Security Forum is a non-profit, non-government public safety organization that enables informed debate on security and intelligence issues as they relate to transnational crime and human security in Latin America and the Caribbean. Our mission is to foster grassroots action across all ideological boundaries to engender forward thinking, debate, and dialogue.
We provide an open forum for education and intelligence on the illicit transnational trade in drugs, weapons and humans, and political, ideological and criminal violence. The goal is to provide solutions that deter these activities and mitigates the resulting impact on the peoples of Latin America and the Caribbean.
A word on autonomy. The Forum’s only ideology is one of education and discussion in the field of security and intelligence. I2SF does not officially support or seek to promote any moral and political values related to a particular perspective or group. We embrace the abstract and the practical, the freedom of thought without fear of repression or derision. We learn, teach, and inform.
